You have the basic things for the stay , great location with some bars, restaurants and metro nearby. Therefore, a bit of noise at night but okay. Lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Good location. Room and hallways were dirty. Not a good impression. The shower had low pressure and it was broken. Barely could wash myself.

My room was on the attic floor, so the wall near the window was slanted and the approach to the window was not very convenient. Only one! socket, asked the reception for a tee. The room was cleaned on the first day, for some reason not on the second. They only brought new towels.
A portioned breakfast, mostly buns, but it was enough for me. No fruit. The staff is friendly, trying to help. There is a noisy bar under the window, for those who care. The renovation was done slapdash))), but for this price I will stay here again. And most importantly - the elevator is only for one slender passenger))) with a small suitcase.

A slightly dated hotel, but generally decent. The elevator is unusable due to disruptions, which is a problem when you have mobility difficulties and a room on the second floor.
The woodwork on the exterior doors and windows is dated, not very soundproof, especially on a certain evening when, right across the street from the hotel, you have an establishment that lets its guests party outside with music until almost 3 a.m.: we're in Paris!
Otherwise, the bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are very adequate, and the breakfast is very generous for the price.

Very good hotel for the price, in a good area for visiting places. The cleaning was daily and very correct, the rooms were modern although somewhat poorly finished but it does not bother at all since it is a hotel for sleeping, something that is easily achieved after visiting Paris all day.

When I booked it, the price was the lowest among several less chaotic areas in Paris. The location is good, not far from the Paris Opera and the Louvre, about 20 minutes walk. However, there was a creaky floor in the room I stayed in, and one of the beds also creaked, but everything else was ok.
