We booked a last minute trip to Paris for three nights with Hotel Du Temps in one of their comfort rooms. We arrived to find that none were available and were given a dingy attic room that looked like substandard student accommodation - the walls and corners were dirty, the window wouldn’t close, the lights were old and the bathroom grouting was dark and unclean. It was a totally miserable experience. We left the next day as soon as we could find a more suitable, clean hotel elsewhere. We have tried to obtain a refund through both bookings.com, whom we booked with, but the hotel refuse to return their four calls. They claim we didn’t show up (if only!) but we have videos of the room that prove otherwise. They refuse to acknowledge these videos despite having been emailed them twice. I’m writing this review in the hope that someone from the hotel gets back to me, we are are a refund at the very least. I only have videos to share which I’m unable to post, only pictures.
