12th December 2023. First day we arrived.Internet was down.We waited almost an hour at 8pm for the 3 rooms after 16 hour flight and 1 hour travelling and walking up a slope with all our luggages couldn't get our rooms as they didn't receive our booking.
15th December 2023.On the last day , we decided to stay an extra went to the counter to confirm if I need to do anything.They said nothing else.At 11.59am,They called all our rooms repeatedly to go down to pay deposit of 51 Euros.
12 January 2024.We got a charge of our 1st booking in full in Euros from the hotel.
Either Trip.COM OR The Hotel was scamming or being scammed.
Either way I don't recomd anyone to stay there or book with Trip.com as they were supposed to return our calls 2 days ago today is 15th January 2023.No word from anyone.
Called back 3-5 time all the times they are experiencing high call volume.
As a diamond member I regret being a member and booking through them.and this is not the first time this issue has happened.
Booking and no room.If the app cannot cope with volume do not accept orders
Still waiting for call back.Hope to restore my bank balance and Faith in this App.
