The facility boasts modern amenities, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the metro and city center. However, some may find the surrounding woodland surroundings distracting.

A nice wooded campsite next to the Sienna and just 6/7km from arc de triomphe. Great shuttle bus every half hour to Porte de maillot - a 15min walk up to arc de triomphe. As other reviewers have commented, it is noisy at night - you can hear music from across the river and the woods. And you can hear emergency vehicle sirens from the city. We were a family with older teenagers so noisy evenings are not a problem, if your kids were light sleepers, it could be. But it is clean, shaded and has very nice pizzas at the bar - tho don’t expect cold French beer - the beer is more English/American traditional ales. Oh and if you bring a tent - it’s hard ground, bring a hammer!

It was a new eyperience for us to spend a few days in a mobile home. The site is conveniently located for a visit of Paris. It provides a shuttle bus to the next metro station. However, the connections by public transport are quite good as well. The mobile home had enough space for a family. Though they promise hotel comfort, it is not exactly like that. During cold and rainy weather, a warm shower would have been great. Most of the staff was quite helpful but not all. The bar closed 40 min early one night which is not that good when you stay far away from any other infrastructure.

Good base to explore Paris. More information on options would be helpful ie cycling and safe walking routes. Shuttle bus runs every half hour, but not in the evening, 2e pp. Was a bit scary walking back to the campsite as google walked us back through, some shady areas, dark parklands, and where we saw ‘lady’s of the night’ touting for business, not what we expected to see at 8pm on a Thursday evening! Checking in process needs looking at, we were given a pitch that already had someone on, then reception did not answer the phone so I had to walk back to reception and queue all over again to sort out receptions error. No apology was given. This is really not good enough when welcoming tired travellers! Site undergoing renovation work, which we understand has to happen. But I would suggest building vehicles and site maintenance keep to a minimum speed to help avoid dust and then mud flying everywhere! The site is noisy, with both traffic noise and inconsiderate people. Quite a few loud excited young people running about. The worst issue for me was the shared bathroom facilities. Firstly it’s a safeguarding issue! And secondly I do not want to share facilities!

Lovely site, just out side of Paris. Long walk into city centre (approx 90 mins) but there is a great shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins into and out of the city (goes to Porte Maillot where you can easily connect to the centre on public transport). Return shuttle cost us 15 euro for 5 of us. Its clean, modern, was never full and is punctual. Site was lovely and nice to be a wooded area after a busy day in the city, lovely spot by the river. We found some deck chairs where we sat overlooking the river for a while which was nice. The park was lovely, my 11 year old said maybe more suitable for younger kids but he had his football so was happy there. Lots of kids around playing which was nice for him. The reception was open from 0700 - helpful staff, quick check in/out process and staff happy to answer any questions. They spoke excellent English. The restaurant was good. Not the cheapest but good food, suitable for kids and a good variety of drinks available. Restaurant open til 2200 and the bar til 2300. The shop on site was useful. Its open til 2130 and sells fresh bakery products, fruit/veg, drinks incl alcohol, gifts/souvenirs and children's games. Again, not the cheapest but handy to have on site. The fresh/warm croissants/pain au chocolat/baguettes for breakfast each morning were the best! The chalet was great, the terrace was huge and lovely to sit out on but be warned about bugs! We were bitten loads and I'm sure it was sitting out there at night! The chalet slept 6 (Columbia). We had 2 adults and 3 kids (2 of which are adult sized) and it was fine but another person would have been a squeeze. Only one bathroom/toilet slowed things down getting ready in the mornings (especially with a teenage daughter!!) but the bathroom was clean the shower once we'd queued for it was great! Beds were comfortable. We all slept well, even my daughter on the sofa bed. Previous reviews mention the site being loud at night, but we did not have any issues and could only hear some quiet road noise and the occasion siren, certainly nothing to cause us an issue. Kitchen was functional but no kettle available, so for us Brits needing cups of tea we had to boil water on the hob but his was not really a massive issue. Overall, a really lovely stay. Would happily stay here again if we return to Paris but maybe would get the slightly bigger chalet with 3 bedrooms. Site is great for families and also for those who want to be close to the city but want to come back to a quieter environment in the evenings.

Great pitches, bar, restaurant, food truck, clean facilities, shuttle bus (every 15 mins) to nearest metro station, band playing on fri night, 20 min walk to bus stops and train out to Versailles. Perfect as a base for exploring Paris, great campsite.

I'm writing a review to counter some of the negative ones I read, which almost put me off staying at this campsite. We had to change the dates of our booking upfront from Autumn to Spring. It wasn't a problem and staff, who we dealt with in English, were accommodating. We drove from the ferry in Roscoff and had no problems finding the campsite on approach to Paris. The location of this campsite is fantastic within easy reach of the city (either by shuttle or public bus to the closest metro station). It is on the banks of the Seine and with lots of beautiful woodland on the doorstep. We had our 2 kids with us and felt safe at all times, both in the area and in the campsite, which was being patrolled at night by security. There was some work ongoing at the playground and some of the toilet blocks but hey the Olympics are coming up and there was lots of similar work going on everywhere we went in Paris - no surprise. There were plenty of newly upgraded facilities available to use and we had zero complaints about them. The weather was colder than we had expected so we opted to reduce the length of our stay by 3 nights. The staff again were very obliging and we got a full refund for the extra nights without any hassle. Maybe we got lucky...or maybe some previous reviewers have unrealistic expectations of what a very reasonably priced campsite so close to a major city can actually offer. I have no hesitation in recommending to other campers.

Best campsite ever, so close to the beautiful Bois de Bologne, a short bus trip or bike ride to the Arc de Triomphe, then metro from there. Facilities are new and excellent, including the bathrooms, common room, shop and bar. Great way to see Paris!

Arrived at site after 8pm, due to Crit Air restrictions. Staff spoke good english, went off to pitch to given pitch, boggy and narrow between two trees, back to reception, 2nd pitch also boggy, back again, now it was dark! 3rd pitch muddy but ok at the back, site quiet. Last day, on bus back from Paris, site called, we think you should move your van the waters rising, got back, managed to get van out, but no other pitches available, so had to hang about till 8pm (Crit Air again) hang to leave and find somewhere else for night. A refund was issued for the last night, the staff were very helpful, but they should really know whats happening on the pitches, don't think we would use again.
