There was a hair dryer in the facilities, but there was none.
The receptionist at that time didn't know where the hair dryer was and said they couldn't bring it...
I called from my room and they said they'd call me back right away, but I didn't hear anything for an hour, so I complained through trip.com and at around 1:30 a.m. the receptionist came with a bunch of bath towels...
They said they didn't know where the hair dryer was, so I should use this instead.
The man who checked me in was friendly and nice.

The room was nice. It was great to have air conditioning in Paris in July. It was close to the Marais area, very convenient, and there was a subway entrance just outside.

The location is impeccable, close to the metro, and the hotel is quiet despite its location.
The air conditioning is impeccable.
The rooms are all similar, more or less small. I took my last available room, but I might not have taken it if I had known. The attic space is not easy when you're over 1.80m tall. The bathroom is spartan in my room (302), perhaps specifying this in the description. The top floor, with no elevator, felt like 70 degrees. 🙈
The price is reasonable, so you could say you can't have everything.

It looks nicer in the picture. I had a classic double room. The room is not very big. There is almost no isolation in the room, you can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring rooms. I did not take breakfast, so I can not say anything about it. There is no elevator in the hotel, for me it was not critical, so no problem, although they settled me on the highest third floor.
