Booked this hotel 3 months before our intended weekend stay. Hotel cancelled the booking 4 days before arrival without providing valid explanation and wanted to charge us double to rebook the same room. Unprofessional, greedy and shocking customer service. There are plenty of other reputable hotels in Paris to choose from.

IMPORTANT: YOUR BELONGINGS are NOT SAVE In THE HOTEL ROOM. My golden necklace was STOLEN INSIDE THE ROOM (a gift of my grandmother). The hotel owners accused me that I must have lost it, even though that is impossible (I left it on the table and when we got back in the evening it was not there anymore). They also said that it doesn’t make sense to go to the police because we don’t have any proof. At the police station they told us that this excuse it very common. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! In general the hotel room is very noisy. You literally hear every word your neighbour is saying and every time your neighbours close the door of their rooms it seems that it is your room and wake you up. The bathroom is not comfortable at all (very small) and remains humid, the shower is so small that the tend sticks on your skin while you are taking it, horrible sensation. The room is not efficiently clean and honestly for the price you are paying it is NOT worth it to stay in this hotel. The room is super small and there is no space to move. The owners and the staff of the hotel are rude. MUST CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!

We had made a reservation at the Tipi hotel, however arriving on 12/31/24, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding that the room was unsanitary, used tissues on the floor, cigarette butts, mold, pieces of plastic, dust, greasy or brown floor, window that does not really close. We had to pay for the stay before having access to the room, following this we went to reception to complain about this unsanitary condition, however the staff refused to come and see the facts, and they did not seem surprised, so we asked for a full refund, which was refused, to run away!

A disgrace! It was once there that I was told that my reservation was cancelled and that they were full. Reservation made 4 months before, supporting document. My card was supposedly not admissible while on the phone I was told that the debit would be made once at the hotel. At reception they laughed in my face..... unacceptable. Run away.

The hotel is 500m from one of the biggest stations in Paris and is probably located in the most characteristic street of Montparnasse (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops). The rooms are modern, the beds are super comfortable, the cleaning is daily and the staff is magnificent. I recommend it to everyone, it has an excellent quality/price ratio! What you read in other reviews about the bathrooms and the soundproofing of the rooms, may even be true but you have to contextualize it: you are in Paris, you probably spend ¼ of your day in the room and the slight noise of a door slamming or a bathroom that is not too modern will not make your stay unlivable

Photos mensongères, un rasoir gentiment laissé par terre au cas où j’aurais oublié le mien ? la fenêtre ne ferme qu’à moitié, on pouvait soit la laissé grande ouverte ou bien rien du tout tandis que les autres chambres pouvaient trouver le juste milieu. la porte de la salle de bain qui ne peut pas se fermer si on est au toilette, une porte d’entrée qui claque toute seul et réveille tout l’hôtel, Bien sur aucun réseau sinon c’est pas marrant. La wifi qui chronomètre 2h tout pile bref pour rester 1h l’après midi c’est bien sinon vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs facilement !

Le pire hôtel où j’ai jamais été !!! Les portes de la douche étaient cassés, pas de savon, les murs fin comme du papier de verre, les voisins parlent c’est comme si ils étaient ds la même pièce que vous !!! Je ne recommande pas ! La chambre et la salle de bain toute petite on y passe à peine !!
