We had booked for 2 adults 1 child aged 4 years via trip and arrived at the hotel the room was for 2 my daughter had to sleep in the armchair, I am told that it was trip who did the booking wrong. I had difficulty finding the 22m square and did not find the luxury of the luxury room.

The hotel is very nice and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel. For the first day of vacation it makes sense to explore, but later we switched to the bus, which is only 2 minutes away. Good price too! Unfortunately it can get a bit warmer in the room and also after 10/11pm and later it is still quite noisy on the street (which is direct and which loves the balcony), although it is only a side street. Also during the week. But you can overlook that. I would do it again!

We loved this hotel, it was close to the Metro, a fabulous bakery and lots of stores. It was a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and from the Eiffel Tower we were able to get to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is conveniently located and is discreet and very quiet which is excellent for anyone who is jet lagged . The staff is extremely professional and helpful . The cleaning service was so so and I often had to rewash the cups and glasses . The gym could be improved but I am mindful few people use it in Paris . Overall recommend highly

Property was great. Clean and tidy.
Staff were not that hospitable. No friendly smiles or acknowledgment of guests. Some of the ladies would giggle and speak in French when they clearly know there are English speaking guest but continue to giggle and mutter in French.
Location was great so if they could get there attitude correct then would tick all the boxes for a hotel.
