Brilliant location about 50 metres from the Convention Metro. Rooms are compact but comfortable enough, cleaned and tidied daily. 6 floors with a small lift. Breakfast was always nice. Reception staff always polite and friendly. Just over-inflated pricing for the Paralympics. I'd be very happy to return with normal prices.

A just ok hotel which is absolutely not worth 3 stars. The staff is friendly but the hotel is clearly not maintained and does not offer the services of a 3 star worthy of the name. Tiny room, with poor quality equipment without character, not even “pretty”. The whole thing gives an impression of “pretty much” and DIY. The breakfast is just ok served in a cramped space without windows which adjoins the reception itself contained in a very small space. All for disastrous value for money. A big discrepancy with the photos displayed on the site: don't be fooled!

A very friendly hotel. The staff is very kind and efficient. Even arriving later than expected (we had informed them by correction) we were very well received. The rooms are quite large, the bathroom is spacious and functional with soaps, shower gel, a tissue dispenser, a hairdryer, an Italian shower. Very good quality bedding. A safe, a mini fridge, a balcony, a courtesy tray with tea and coffee, mugs, a kettle. A balcony to enjoy the view of Paris. A very comfortable breakfast room. A wide choice of hot drinks, fruit juices, pastries (excellent), cakes, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, ham, breads, jams etc... Everything is very clean, well equipped. The street is quiet. A well-stocked Franprix nearby. Convention metro station 50 meters away. 10 minutes walk from the Porte de Versailles exhibition center. They keep your luggage for you. I highly recommend this hotel. Very pleasantly surprised. A very good value for money.

I don't think it deserves 3 stars. An average 2 star. In economy, small room and bathroom, equipment in average condition. City view is actually view of a wall and neighborhood trash cans I found better 3 star hotels in Paris

Hotel bordering on shabby with curtains that don't close properly and a street lamp right in front. The heating didn't work, I had to sleep with my coat on. To access the toilets, the space is so cramped that you can barely sit on the toilet bowl (and I have a normal body shape). I will not come back !
