It is worth spending more, whether it is €100/200 more in any other hotel. 3*** that are not seen anywhere. As soon as you enter the smell of old is noticeable. I read several negative comments before the reservation but I wanted to give it a chance believing that they would be exaggerations but no, they were not exaggerations at all. The first thing I did after seeing the blue carpet full of stains is to look under the bed, under the bed there was dirt and a handkerchief that who knows how long it has been there. Some flat pillows that when asking for another one at reception the older man gave us a cushion (not a pillow). It helped us because we were out of the hotel practically all day and only to sleep as we could (noise from the bar across the street all night) and the discomfort of the dirt. The dirty bathroom above the hair dryer a layer of dirt that had been there for a long time. Breakfast is worth doing outside the hotel. Expensive for what they give you, pasta, bread, hard toast, machine coffee, juice... The facilities travel and without maintenance or little maintenance. In the same street there are 3 * hotels that have nothing to do with the appearance of this one. I would not repeat or recommend it to anyone. It is preferable to pay more.
