This hotel is a spotlessly clean 2 star hotel in a nice area of Paris. Staff are very friendly and room was a good size for a Paris hotel. Bed is comfortable and bathroom clean. It is a short walk to a metro stop which us well connected for the Montparnasse Tower, Place de la Concorde (for the Champs Elysees) and the Sacre Coeur. Good bus routes too to connect to other areas of Paris. We found friendly bars and restaurants nearby too.

Requested a change because of a COVID contamination, and they didn't accommodate "because I had booked on ***********"!!! I didn't ask for a refund, but instead to change my booking to a later date...

Decent hotel at a fine price for Paris room was of a decent size however a bit oldy wordly with carpets etc. However adequate, very much appreciated the good size pool. Good stay and very convenient metro line 7.

The hotel owners put us on "no-show" right after we left, to prevent us from writing a review on booking(dot)com. At check-out (3 night stay) we informed reception staff that we had noticed an intermittent but strong sewage smell in our room (emanating from the bathroom/shower) during our stay. My wife and daughter also told me that brown water was coming up from the drain during their shower. The situation quickly escalated when the owner accompanied me to check the bathroom, immediately reproaching us for not having informed her sooner. . . Rooms cleaned and apparently checked by the owner "daily"...but no one from the hotel noticed this odor problem, really? No apologies, no empathy, no solutions offered...nothing. It's really very sad to have to deal with this kind of character, it really spoils the holidays to end on this note. In short, don't go there. These dishonest people don't deserve any of your euros!!!

We went to this hotel for the weekend. I thought I would have something of a different standard for €150/night. The only positive point is the proximity to the Parisian center. The bedding is OK, however the room was really very small.

Good hotel. Good bedding. Very decent and plentiful breakfast. Kindness of the staff. Very nice home. Very quiet location. Possibility of storing our luggage free of charge after leaving the room. Very good location on metro line 12 (Vaugirard stop)

Small hotel in a very Parisian style with its classic wooden staircase up to the 5th floor (with elevator!). Particularly quiet, my room overlooked an interior courtyard. The area is also very quiet with almost no traffic, 2 minutes walk from the 15th century town hall, its shaded square and its multiple bars/restaurants, really pleasant for a drink at the end of the day. The metro is 3 minutes away (line 12) and the Porte de Versailles is 15 minutes away (congresses, fairs). Certainly the room was small and a little dated but comfortable with a very decent small bathroom. Conventional but copious French breakfast with 2 pastries, a piece of bread and unlimited coffee. We must highlight and thank all the staff for their perfect welcome, their appreciable smile and good humor throughout the duration of the stay (5 nights). I highly recommend, for a reasonable price for Paris.
