The overall environment is comfy and very convenient to the attractions, all within a walking distance. I will choose this hotel when I visit Paris next time.

Excellent location, just right opposite to shopping mall that link to metro station in the basement. Surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Only a few blocks away from Opera Garnier, Thanks to the staff who upgraded me to a balcony room. The room side is reasonable speaking of in Paris. The lift is spacious.

Great location for easy access for local transport for sight seeing and shopping . Welcoming customers service and very help for staff . Overall very good would recommend and go back .

Great location. Located opposite one of main interchange station Saint Lazare Paris city center. Many eatery surrounding like Pret A Manger, SzeChuan Chinese food, Ramen, Burger King, Korean food and many more. Carrefour just right front of building too

I had amazing stay in Paris with this hotel. The price is still affordable and match the quality. The location is great since its near to train station and there’s lot of cafe restaurants around the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and room is spacey for 2 person. Hotel is clean and smells really good. The receptionist is really friendly and help me with all my inquiries.

Situated in a very busy area right across St-Lazare station the location is perfect surrounded by eateries, shops etc. As soon as you enter the small reception desk is right there to greet you. On the left is the lounge/breakfast area where they have food and small snacks later out in what they call the ‘Honesty Bar’. There were no prices you could help yourself. In the morning they have a live singer to make your mornings in Paris beautiful. In the basement they have a mini hammam which was cute but we didn’t make use of it. ROOM I booked the SUPERIOR ROOM, but it was not superior to our standards. It’s was tiny and design all over. TV was small and had no modern connectivity options. Bathroom was beautiful but small too. It had a French balcony looking over the busy street. SERVICE I had requested a room with a balcony but the message didn’t get through and they were fully booked. Reception is staffed 24/7 and they were courteous enough.

Perfect place. Best pain au chocolat. La localisation est top, juste à coté de la gare.

Good location, next to main train station and MTR. Walking distance to two well-known shopping malls. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stay five days and got to experience all different types of room from Standard to Superior, Deluxe , Deluxe with balcony and Executives. The honesty bar is superb, with few choices of bakery. The spa is nice too.

I had a great stay and this hotel provided us a great support, for example keeping our luggage. In addition, this hotel is very clean and comfortable.
