Very friendly and clean hotel. Great location near Gare de Lyon. Room was quit big with a good bed. Since I have to leave early I didn’t tried the breakfast.

I chose Zazie Hotel on a friend's recommendation. It was a good rec. It's close to the downtown TGV train station and in a safe, comfortable neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the amenities more than sufficient. A very French experience all in all. The only thing I'd say is better directions to get from train station to hotel (exiting Gare de Lyon station was not obvious or easy).

It's my second time at Zazie Hotel, and I've enjoyed both. It's a good base to explore the neighbourhood and the rest of Paris from, especially if you are keen to escape the masses of tourists.

Great location for access to Gare de Lyon. We arrived near midnight and the receptionist was very helpful. There's a lift to get luggage up to the rooms which were clean and comfortable. The breakfast available is made from organic ingredients.

I had a simple room for two nights. The hotel is a 12-minute walk from Gare de Lyon and a 5-minute walk to Metro 1. The room was basic but efficient and clean. The room's sound proof wasn't very good. I could hear noises from the room above and the adjacent room. It's a good value for a short stay in Paris though. There are many bakeries and restaurants in the neighborhood. The only thing I didn't like is I had to turn in my room key every time I went out.

Clean and comfortable room, good value for money. Would be nice if tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room, but other than that was a lovely experience. Very close to metro station for easy access to Paris attractions and Disneyland Paris.

Great hotel. The staff were really accommodating and very helpful, with fantastic recommendations of reasonable eats and how to get around town. The hotel was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. It is based on Metro line 1 so it is very easy to get around town from there. Would definitely stay again.
