We had a good experience. This hotel will definitely cover your basic needs, plus location is pretty good. There are also a lot of food options. The service was also quite good, no complains.

Before coming to Paris, I considered safety issues, so I booked a hotel next to the Luxembourg Gardens. I heard that this neighborhood is very safe. When I arrived, I found out that it was indeed because the streets were very clean and tidy, which is different from the stereotype of dirty Paris (but Maybe it’s because of the Olympics that I pay more attention to hygiene). The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and will give you a key. You can store it with them when you leave the hotel. When you come back, you will report your room number and get the key. It is a very retro way, but it saves trouble. The hotel room is a bit small, but it is enough for people who are not tall and do not bring a lot of luggage. The bathroom is also small, and the facilities can be seen to be old, but they are neat and clean. We didn't order hotel breakfast, so we don't know what the breakfast was like. But at the restaurant connected to the hotel, we had a simple meal at our own expense on the last morning. There is a subway station across the street downstairs, and the Luxembourg Gardens are a short walk away. It is also convenient to take a taxi. There were no pitfalls during this stay.

The room is too small, the lighting is dim, the female receptionist is a bit impatient, the location is good, but there is nothing good about it. The facilities in the room are very old, and the hair dryer is so dirty that I dare not use it
