Really enjoyed my stay at Les Cles. A lovely boutique lodging in a non-touristy part of Paris. Front desk not open all the time but staffed by helpful people. Close to public transport but also good for walking to the sights. Bed was large and comfy. Apartment and bathroom was roomy, with separate w/c. My room overlooked the courtyard and was very peaceful. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby where you can live like a local. Would recommend.

This is not an hotel, rather self catering bed-sitters. The rooms are well laid out, and have all one can need for self catering. The kitchette has a fancy microwave/griller/ kettle, toaster, coffee machine and even a mini dishwasher. We have stayed there several times as the bulding is close to where my wife has meetings. For self catering there are numerous food shops and a big supermarket (Monoprix) in Rue de Levis 5 minutes away. Monoprix has a good selection of frozen and chilled 1 person ready cooked meals. Just check both ground and lower floors. The studios on the ground floor have almost every thing the rooms upstairs have except easy chaird but some visitors may find them a bit cramped. Walking to the Arc de Triomphe takes about 15-20 minutes.

Lovely, clean apartment, with everything that’s needed for a short stay. The staff are very helpful. The location is very pleasant and the studio apartment was quiet. We’ve booked to go back next March!

Fully equipped room, with a compact kitchen. quiet and modern, clean, great location near the Parc Monceau. Perfect for a business or leisure stay for several days or a week or more. I recommend it for everyone.

Very friendly staff. Only a few rooms in the hotel. Mine was very spacious (rare in Paris). Big bathroom too. Super clean, like new. The neighborhood is convenient (store), nice and safe, metro very close. If you have a car, park in the private parking 40 rue Jouffroy d’Abbans, they have an agreement with the hotel.

Stayed here end Feb-22 with my wife & daughter. 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with access to courtyard. Safe to say, the best accommodation that we have stayed in in Paris. Short walk to local Metro (Villiers). No more than 20-30 mins to most major attractions. Located close by a street of delicatessens & shops in a self contained suburb. Lady on reception (missed her name) most helpful and made us feel really welcome. Definitely recommend & would visit again.

This was my third stay at Les Cles du 27, and it won't be our last. This appart-hotel has all what you need to spend a lovely time in Paris' XVIIth district. It is quiet--a big plus for paris--and wonderfully located near the marché Lévis, the parc Monceau. One can easily walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the grands Magasins, Montmartre. The apartments are nicely decorated, comfortable and super clean. The service is friendly and excellent. We will be back!
