The aparthotel is located between two metro stations. In 15 minutes you can get to the Louvre, the Vincennes Castle or the Pere La Chaise cemetery. There are many cafes and restaurants with different cuisines around. There is even a hookah bar. Within 300 meters there are grocery stores Monoprix, Lidl, Caerfour, Auchan. We even found a Russian store. The hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Cozy lobby. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a filter coffee maker, a microwave with a grill, a refrigerator with a freezer, air conditioning.

The service is friendly, and the facilities are clean compared to the surrounding environment. The bathroom is large and the water quality is good. However, the fact that it is far from tourist attractions and the inconvenience of using the bathroom were not improved despite requesting service improvement.

This apartment-type hotel basically does not have the services of a regular hotel. The room needs to be cleaned by yourself, including throwing away the trash yourself. If you run out of roll paper, you need to go to the front desk to get it from the waiter.
