Got a cute little room on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the street! It was so cute like your typical Parisian balconies and the street is quiet so it’s not an issue. The location is really close to the metro so had no problem getting to places - the staff was also really nice to me despite being a solo traveller, breakfast ladies were fab! The room itself had everything I needed, though fyi it’s a bathtub and not a shower so recommend to sit down while bathing. Otherwise, pretty basic.

パリ北駅周辺エリアですが、観光地なりの注意さえ払っていれば特に危険もなくアクセスも良いエリアだと思います。ホテルはコンパクトですが必要なものは揃っており、この値段でバスタブ付き・シャワーの水圧も申し分ないホテルはパリではなかなかないと思います。アメニティの紅茶も割りと美味しかったし、シャワージェル・ボディクリームもあります。レセプションでアイロンをお借りすることもできました。4名ほど対応いただいたスタッフも皆さんとても感じがよかったです。
1点だけ難点をあげるならば、深夜に屋外で騒ぐ声が時々します。また壁も薄く隣の声が筒抜けです。これに関しては隣客の当たり外れによります。
