The location of the hotel is satisfactory in a safe and quiet area from the surroundings,
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe.
The area near the Arc de Triomphe is busy in the evening, so the surroundings are very noisy.
It's just the right amount of distance here, so I'm satisfied.
Accommodation is a bit cramped. But it is clean.

Отличный очень чистый небольшой отель, расположен в тихом районе. Рядом несколько станций метро. В минуте ходьбы булочная, в 3- 5 минутах ходьбы несколько супермаркетов.Номер небольшой - 17 метров, но нам хватало. В номере была только кофемашина, но без проблем дали чайник. Милый балкончик, где можно позавтракать. Душ и туалет совмещены, много зеркал, места достаточно, фен. В комнате есть даже камин или печка): а также шкаф и сейф. Уборка ежедневно, с 10 утра. Жили на 5 этаже Приветливый персонал. При заселении нужно внести залог 50 евро картой или наличными. Если буду останавливаться в Париже, точно рассмотрю эту гостиницу. Из минусов - нет бесплатной воды в номере и чашек (только стаканы).

Lovely little place, friendly welcome, small lift but gets you and a case up and down. Room is functional and nicely decorated - had a balcony overlooking quiet street. Breakfast room with simple things, only went a couple of times as found local cafes/shops better value. easy to visit places via good metros of Wagram L3 (cafes and food shops nearby - so this was the better option) or Monceau L2 (nice enough park) - though most stops have stairs so not great re mobility access.

The quirky decor is definitely a unique factor to this hotel but don’t be deterred by it. The rooms were clean and although on the smaller side, comfortable for 2 people. Great view from the balconies and in walking distance of many restaurants. The concierge had great service, happy to book us a taxi and dispose of a broken suitcase. Unfortunately one room did smell of cigarettes. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's such a lovely boutique hotel. The room was clean and had housekeeping every day. Although there are certain areas of the hotel that could do with so TLC the room it's self was wonderful. My teen daughter loved all the interior design. The rooms were also a great size. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We felt very safe in the area and the street was quiet. The staff were friendly and provided a luggage store for the last day. We will definitely be back.

The hotel room was clean and the location was great. There are couple of metro station with in walking distance. The room size is good, not big but ok for two people. I would stay there again. we didn't buy breakfast because there was a small fridge in the room where you could buy your own food. there is a nice bakery next to the hotel

The hotel were very accommodating as we had to move our booking multiple times due to Covid. We finally got there at the 4th attempt and we were happy we had. We spent 4 nights. The quirky decor is great and a lot of fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, it is between 2 metro stops on two different lines and it is walkable to the Arc de Triomphe. It is also close to a nice bar and a lovely boulangerie. The room was comfy and clean but a little warm at night so we had to keep the window open (not a problem really but one night there was a rather loud delivery driver at 4 am). Overall a great, little hotel and good value for money.

L’hôtel est bien situé, près du parc Monceau. Établissement très propre, décoration originale, très bon accueil, au calme. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et serviable. Bagagerie utile à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande vivement.

Hotel bien situé, calme, personnel poli et souriant, chambre pas tres grande mais sympa dans la déco, salle de bain idem mais correcte, rien à redire, machine nespresso, minibar, juste l’ascenseur est vraiment petit mais globalement ça va.

Expérience 2 jours en "chambre supérieure". Déco kitsch moche et en aucun cas magique (aucun effet spécial, pas même un jeu de cartes, un dé, ou un effet de lumières). Ai signalé les problèmes dès l'arrivée à l'accueil: tâches sur le couvre lit et les coussins en même matière, poussière tête de lit, rideaux troués (cigarettes) gris fumé, nespresso avec un réservoir d'eau croupie, ce que je voyais comme des toiles d'araignées (en fait la tapisserie qui part en lambeaux). J'ai gardé pour moi la porte intérieure de la salle de bains défoncée en bas,, le flexible de douche qui fuit, le pommeau fixe de la même douche bouffé par le calcaire, la robinetterie rayée (mais qui est passé par là...), le haut de la cheminée détruit. Pas de vmc dans la salle de bains ni de sèche serviettes. Bref, on comprends pourquoi il est parmi les moins chers de ce quartier heureusement agréable Personnel affable. Vaut un 2 étoiles Chambre 11 étage 1 P.S.: il faut arrêter avec les avis fictifs qui nous parlent de magie et de lieu avec de l'identité ...
