I booked this hotel for a business trip as it was close to my work location.
This is a simple hotel but the personal service was worth it for its price.

Excellent very clean small hotel, located in a quiet area. Several metro stations nearby. A bakery is a minute's walk away, several supermarkets are a 3-5 minute walk away. The room is small - 17 meters, but it was enough for us. There was only a coffee machine in the room, but they gave us a kettle without any problems. A nice balcony where you can have breakfast. The shower and toilet are combined, many mirrors, enough space, a hair dryer. The room even has a fireplace or a stove): as well as a wardrobe and a safe. Cleaning daily, from 10 am. We lived on the 5th floor. Friendly staff. Upon check-in, you need to make a deposit of 50 euros by card or cash. If I stay in Paris, I will definitely consider this hotel. Of the minuses - there is no free water in the room and cups (only glasses).
