The hotel was in an excellent location, but the service there was horrible, we were 3 guests and they only gave us 2 towels and we had to ask for more. The hotel did not provide hand towels. They didn't leave enough toilet paper. We forgot my daughter's doll, they did not return it, and claimed that it was not found. Although we knew for sure that she was left in the room. They behave unpleasantly to the guests in the dining room. There are no vegetables at all at breakfast.

位置方便。附近2個地鐵站、
2間超市，無數Bistro.
還有很多有名的川菜餐館.
房間的對外窗都圍繞著中間的天井
一層樓好像是8間房。
朋友之間入住不同的房間都能透過窗戶打招呼
很有意思。
寄存行李也沒額外收費
戴高樂機場ibis的寄存行李使用的是付費置物櫃
所以相比之下這間就很人性化。

位置好找，交通比較方便，去景點都不遠，衹是房間實在是太小，有一種轉不過身的感覺。設施也不多，沒有燒水壺。行李太多的話建議不要住

非常糟糕的一次住宿經驗。入住當天前台告知我的訂單只有兩位大人沒有小孩，但是他們也沒有其他空房，所以我們只能擠兩人房。由於當時房間還沒有整理好，所以請我再兩小時後回去辦理住宿。
當我們回去辦理住宿時，他們堅持要我再開一間房，並且說當地政府規定不能三人住兩人房。經過協商之後，他們說我每天要多支付30歐元升等至三人房。奇怪了，稍早之前不是告知沒有其他三人房了？人已經到法國了也只能接受，也順利跟前台殺到一天加25歐元。
當我們進到房間時，房務人員還在房裡鋪小床，看來他們是在原本的房間加一個超級迷你的小床，然後一天多收25歐元。
此時也感謝Trip.com當中幫忙協商，並且幫忙處理多出來的費用。
退房時前台告知沒有其他費用了，我說我有用三天的早餐，所以請他們給我明細。前台的說稍後會寄郵件給我，因此我就先行離開了。
當天下午我先收到我信用卡的消費訊息，告知我在酒店消費將近900歐元。我的天呀，三天早餐也不超過100歐。隨即我收到酒店的電郵，除了三天早餐之外，他們又收我一次六晚的房費。
因為在外面不方便跟酒店聯絡，所以等到回國才跟酒店發郵件。當中我發現根本是雞同鴨講，不知道他們是故意的還是怎樣？硬說我沒有支付房費，我是沒有支付給他們，但是我有支付給Trip.com。經過將近三小時的溝通，他們突然告知已經刷退了，我還沒有問我銀行是否已經刷退，但是這真的是很差的一次經驗。
未來如果有人想入住這家酒店，務必不要給卡預授權，如果給現金也務必馬上要收據，不然到時真的說不清楚。

酒店靠近意大利廣場，交通便利，房間户型較小，但是暑期的巴黎這個價格真的物有所值了
