Carpet is dirty. Bathroom setting not user friendly . Breakfast is good , very fresh. Staff are friendly with good services . Location is excellent.

I stayed for 6 nights, but the room card was auomatically deactivated everyday! when I was back to the hotel, the room card couldn't access the lift or accessed the lift but couldn't access the room. That means I needed to go to the front desk to get my card re-activted again, every day! Thay promised it won't happened again the next day,but I did it for 6 days.....wasted my time and reaaly not convenient. the location is safe and good, Consulate General of the USA and many luxury brands just nearby.

Convenience and walking distance to hermes HQ. Walking distance to vendome.

Over all great quality hotel with great service. Would definitely come back again. Only thing I would pick on was the room size but thats not only Sofitels problem in general what ai found all properties face the same issue so cant hold it against sofitel.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a little mix up with the room we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was awesome and the concierge was super helpful with dinner reservations etc. have stayed here before and plan to again. Would recommend.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

It's a little strange that children are not allowed to stay~ The location is in the city center, but it's not very convenient to travel, and the road is closed in front of the door~

A hotel with a very good location. It is very convenient to go out and go shopping. Overall it's pretty nice-all facilities are pretty good The service is also good

There is no heating in the bathroom, the shower is very cold, the bathroom door is leaking, the soundproofing of the first floor is poor, and I was noisy in the morning
