Very small rooms, quite noisy with old ventilation system and noise from the tube all day. Room was smelling cold cigaret for a couple of days. Weird lightning system.
Pros were : comfy bed and central location
Not a solid 4 star hotel

Facilities: The decoration smells a bit oily, but everything else is OK. The floor-to-ceiling mirror is very big.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but slippers are not provided.
Service: The guys at the front desk are very friendly and gave me business cards. I hope to come again next time.
Environment: The location of this hotel is very good. Basically, I stay near opera every time I come to Paris because there is a direct bus to the airport. The hotels I had booked before were fully booked, so I had to book this one. The result was beyond my imagination and it was very convenient.
After getting off Charles de Gaulle, take the RoissyBus direct bus directly. After getting off, walk another two or three hundred meters and you can find this hotel. There are many restaurants, buses, subways, and coffee shops nearby. My favorite bakery is downstairs. I highly recommend Boulangerie Castellane!

This stay was very bad ☹️ It took 2 hours to check in! In the end, they still had to pay! I had already paid for the room on Ctrip, but the hotel asked to charge again! I called Ctrip to complain, and it took three hours before I was able to check in! During this time, I saw other guests arguing at the front desk because of duplicate charges! Please be careful when booking! There is an old man at the front desk who is very unreasonable. When the check-in cannot be normal, the guests have to write and tie the luggage storage paper themselves. There is no sense of service.
