We had a super romantic night and honeymoon in ur hotel. All the staff are super helpful and kind for all the guests. My fiance didn't make decisions yet before the travel in Paris. He made the date after the front desk asking. Haha....

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. No cocktail lounge other than restaurant but that is common in France. Concierge services top rate. Can arrange tours, tickets, anything.

Just amazing! Very thankful that we're upgraded to Superior room. All the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Super spacious room with big bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows, in-room slippers were provided. However, it'll be better if there's more variety to the breakfast selection.
Great location especially if you are into shopping. The hotel is in the centre of most attractions by feet.

It's a nice hotel, but the water is not good. The shower room drain was clogged and the water was not able to flow properly, so the room was almost flooded. The sink was also clogged and the water quickly filled up. The gym smelled like sewage.

We booked a Pana Suite for three people. The room was not big, but the service was very good. We also added a bed for free, which was just enough for us.
