The worst experience of my life. Dirty hotel with lack of maintenance. I was there a week and they never cleaned. They only change the towels. I paid 200 euros per night and they blamed me for not paying too much. Rude and rude

Tiny room (number 36!) Room with water damage and dirty! The dust in the room has not been cleaned for more than 6 months - with a photo... The same goes for the towel dryer which was covered in dust! The bed is small 160 x 190. For 240€ per night this is unacceptable! The breakfast is pointless The bare minimum and is not qualitative! Apart from the location which is top it is clear that we will not return there

Anyway, location is the best. Close to various stations. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Roissybus stop. If you walk a little towards Madeleine, you will reach a street with many brand shops. Lafayette is also nearby, so it's perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. A little bumpy floor? It's slanted...it's not flat, but...as a space just for sleeping, I didn't have to worry about anything and it was great. The bed was also very soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep every day! In addition, person of the front desk is very kind, too. My style is to leave the key with you every time I go out. On the day I returned to Japan, they called me a taxi when I asked, and after I checked out, they kept my luggage in the room at the front desk, which was very reassuring. The towels were changed every day, and the beds were made well, which made me feel very comfortable. There is an elevator, but I was told that one person + suitcase or two people (without suitcases) should take the elevator, so it might be good to have a little extra time. There is only a small trash can in the dressing room, so it is recommended to bring a trash bag. (I took it for the number of days I stayed and it was processed every day) Also, there was no kettle, so if you want to drink something warm, you should bring a collapsible kettle. The room I stayed in was only a shower room, but the hot water came out quickly and the water pressure was fine, so I didn't have any stress. The only thing that bothers me is that I can hear the voices in the corridor rather clearly. Does that mean... you can hear the voices in the room...? I gave up on fighting. On the contrary, it was good. The breakfast was simple, but I'm not a big eater, so it was just right. He also put a refill of bread on the plate with a smile. I love pain au chocolat and croissants, so I have no complaints. I wonder if I would have been happy if there was fruit. There was a Japanese food restaurant near the hotel, so I didn't miss it. In addition, it was a good hotel that I would like to use when I go to France.
