Park Hyatt Paris Vendome is a very very very very nice place to stay

This hotel has everything and more- luxury, convenience, comfort and hospitality! The rooms have comfortable luxurious bedding, gold fixtures in the bathroom (even heated toilet seat) and their guest relations manager, Angeliqua goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable! Dining options are superb as well.

We had a short, but great stay at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme! The apartment sized suite had everything we needed and was comfortable, clean and quiet. One of the nicest aspects was all the room in the bathroom area to spread out your luggage. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC worked flawlessly and the strange bathroom setup produced great water pressure in the shower. The staff we interacted with were universally helpful and kind. Special thanks to the concierge staff for restaurant help! We stayed using Hyatt points and it was a steal for what we paid. The area is very busy and very central in Paris. If you want bustling, touristic and to be in the heart of some high-end shopping, this is your spot! Our only regret is not having a few more days in this excellent hotel.

By far the best service of any of the 5-star properties, with the managers and the front desk staff (Prospere, Charlotte, Edouard…) going absolutely above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Additionally, the valet staff were attentive and courteous, always ensuring smooth and timely service. Overall, this was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel worldwide. How can one night change your life? After finishing my last chemo therapy 2 years ago I had shared with my son the story of how I have always wanted to go to Paris. And apparently this propelled him to write to Park Hyatt directly and told them my story. From there, the hotel communicated with him numerous times how they can make my ONE night stay memorable and special. They had cared so much and wanted every detail to be perfect for me. Charlotte Knauf, their Guest Relations Supervisor made sure to greet me when I arrived. Upon entering my room, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. There were balloons, champagne, dozen red long stemmed roses and fruits and chocolate. But what made it very special to me is having a balcony in Paris. Not only did I have a balcony but I had THREE! The room was spectacular, just what you would imagine being in Paris. It was so hard to leave the room. If anyone of you reading this and dreaming of someday visiting Paris, you have to come and EXPERIENCE the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome. You will be treated as the SPECIAL PERSON you ARE. It is a DESTINATION all on it's own. The staff are so welcoming, every single one of them. You will LOVE it here.
