Nice little hotel in a great location, near Metro, bus to centre, shops, bars, restaurants, adequate size room and decent breakfast, outside or in, excellent really helpful staff, all speak English. Recommend. Good value for money by Paris standards.

Room size is pretty good, bathroom is sizable, bed is comfortable, 5-minute walk to La Fourche metro station. Bus route to Gare du Nord, station is 2-minute walk from hotel. In guest room, no glass for teeth brushing. No door for shower, water easily flow into bathroom floor even outside. No USB ports. Iron hangers are set beneath 2 shelves. Those are inconvenient for travelers. Buffet breakfast is so normal. Coffee and orange juice machines are ok but food quality is so so. I believe all room is inclusive of breakfast, no one checks you in breakfast time. Hotel staff is limit. Serve by your own from luggage tag to self checkout. There is a filtered water machine near exception. You feel free to pour still/ cold still / sparkling water as you like.

BED BUGS STAY AWAY! I had already had issues with terrible customer service at this location but it got so much worse. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, there were multiple customers complaining about a bed bug infestation. I was shown the bites all over one guest's body and even as I was speaking to him I got bitten. I confronted the hotel about this situation and demanded a refund but they blindly refused and said my reservation was non-refundable. Truly unbelievable.

The room we received was next to the electrical cabling and the network router that pronounced sound in the room and vibrations into the room. Perfect basic room, just renewed with painting, for the rest with shower and enough space for us..

This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever come across in my life. We are due to fly on the 8th of April but due to my partner being hospitalised and having serious health issue we have been told he cannot fly. We contacted the hotel to ask whether It would be possible to change our date and they out right refused. We provided all the paperwork and sent It to them to show that the situation was serious. We then contacted *********** who tried on our behalf to get a refund due the the situation but after waiting a week with no contact they again rejected our plea. I am shocked at the lack of empathy and human compassion show by these people. Avoid at all costs!

I have booked this hotel from 02.02. until 07.02. through all.accor.com SO OFICIAL WEBSITE, and I got the reply that the booking is being confirmed. They didn't send me anything, I wrote the first email in English 2 days ago they didn't answer. I wrote another email today on French and wrote on their Instagram page and NOW they have answered "Bonjour, Cette Reservation est annulée", or Hello, this booking is cancelled. Why? I want an immediate answer and if you don't come up with a solution and give me my room I have booked and paid, we will have a big problem.

This hotel is a new one (ex-Mirific), so a corresponding level of quality was expected. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from metro station Brochant, 8 minutes from Place de Clichy, so it is easy to reach everything in the town. Our room was small and facing the street, but was very cosy and quiet. The heating was very effective, most of the time it was shut down. The WIFI was very good throughout the hotel. In the room was a good size Samsung TV with french, russian and some english language channel, but worked well with our phone (via streaming). There is no vired telephone and safe box in the room. The bathroom was ok. The restaurant is in a cellar, very cosy. The breakfast was rich and varied, everything was quickly made up for. All in all, it is a very good hotel, a truly valuable, and a standard of IBIS Styles. TIP: dont look at reviews that are before the renovation and relate to Mirific hotel.
