The hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.

First of all, the location is hard to find for tourists, and it is a bit far. Bus 39 next to it can go directly to the Louvre. Taking a taxi to Petite Paris is about 12 euros during off-peak hours.
The room has a kitchen, which is very convenient. Traveling makes the three meals a bit chaotic. When you are hungry at night, you can heat up a simple meal.
Although the room was next to the elevator, it was not too noisy.
The room is old and the floor has scratches, which are acceptable.
The only thing I can't stand is that there is an unidentifiable smell, which may come from the toilet.
There is no air conditioning, but fortunately it is not hot at night in Europe.
The bed is OK and quite comfortable.
