close to Eiffel tower, no view from the room but u can go downstairs to capture good views of the ET. As for room, its old, dusty and dirty. for example... u can not fix the position of shower head even they taped it. Formica on all doors chipped off; the toilet bowl had yellow stains(sori to attach unsightly pic); dusty carpet and head board. this was the worst i ever had in Paris. Dont blame the cleaner... the hotel is simply worn out. Check in staff was very helpful and nice but the lady i talked to on the second day was very unfriendly. Something good... the bed gave good support and breakfast at 21 euro was reasonable.

Super near to Eiffel tower and metro, everything is within walking distance, can consider this hotel while in Paris but it's very busy and the staff is not helpful (maybe not enough staff, only 2 to 3 staff in front desk)

Room with Eiffel Tower view, friendly and helpful staff. Taxi just line in front of the hotel and 6 min walk to train station. A lot of restaurants nearby.

What a disappointment for the high price paid - everything about the place was tenth-rate - parking, the sloth pace of the check-in staff (only one desk manned with a queue of 30 Americans waiting), the cramped oom with its lousy view, the mediocre breakfast buffet, the badly-trained wait staff, the surly concierge and the never-to-be-seen attended Guest Relations desk. Just one bright spot - the barman in the ground floor bar was an absolute gem. Accor's standards have gone down precipitously in the past few years, to the point where it's a waste of time belonging to its guest program and a waste of money to stay at ANY of its hotel brands.

Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. I had a great stay at Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. The location is perfect, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff, a delicious breakfast with a view, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel service is good and cleaned. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower is only 5 mins. Recommended this hotel.

Perfect location if you want to see the Eiffel tOwer right away.

Travelled from Disneyland paris to here stayed here for a couple of days. Perfect location Eiffel Tower on the door step, especially at Christmas time able to get to Christmas markets and every landmark easily. Average room very basic and on the small side but still okay for two adults.

The location is excellent as it’s walking distance away from Eiffel Tower, eateries and other amenities. The service was also up to expectations. One advice would be to fasten the check in process as we were waiting for up to 30 mins though there was not much queue.

Location was good but the nearest Metro now is under upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room was small but clean. Problem is the only way to get drinking water is to go all the way to ground floor with your own bottle. I can understand the need to cut down on plastic bottles for Planet Earth. But at least have a water dispenser on every floor. Water is essential for life. But have just one water point on the ground floor goes to show that simple guests needs are not prioritize.

You can't beat the location. It's a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the rooms are dated. There is no way to shower without making a mess in the bathroom, as water leaks everywhere on the floor. The towels are dirty and has hair on them. I don't think I will stay there again.
