Next to Gare de l'Est, this is a good hotel to choose when you arrive to Paris. Clean, spacing room, full amenties and great customer service are the good points.
Plus; you have a good view from your windows too

The area surrounding is so dangerous, and the hotel basically have No service at all. Room super tiny not even have kettle for your nice culpa tea :(

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur).
Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect.
Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out.
Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

Great location near two train stations and underground,
customer service was great and online checkout was very convenient.But the breakfast was charged at 21 Euro which was very low value, nothing to eat.

It’s just across from Gare de L’Est which is very convenient with access to lines 1 and 7.
Hotel staff members are very friendly and helpful. When I asked about how to get to destinations, they will show me the quickest and the most efficient way to get to places. The metro entrance is right in front of the hotel.
