Hotel staff was good but the cleaning was pathetic.
Even after putting used towel’s on floor to get changed the cleaning staff reused them by folding and putting it back!! Disgusting !!
They didn’t empty the dustbin, didn’t put fresh cups and didn’t even refill the coffee/tea
Such a good brand name with such low standards, never recommending here any one

Good hotel for a quick trip.
It is a little far from the tourist areas but well connected.

Great place to stay, safe clean, lovely breakfast and good value for money. Reception did try to charge me twice for breakfast (was included in ******* deal, not in hotel system apparently) and twice for the city tax (I paid on arrival, had to dig up my credit card receipt to prove it on checking out).

OVERALL: Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. PROS: Clean, modern and safe. Nice neighborhood with a metro stop about 5 minutes away. The desk clerk who checked us in was one of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met staffing a hotel. CONS: Not that close to major monuments if you're a tourist. Taking the subway from Charles de Gaulle airport is possible but long and complicated.
