Me and my friend booked this hotel to watch the Paralympics. What seemed great was awful, the hotel was clean and well located for those who were going to watch the games at the Stade de France. I booked through Trip.com with a discount and it cost 176.36 euros. When we got there, we had to pay a tourist tax of 11.72 Euros. But that went further. They charged us an extra 40 euros at check-in. The reception worker really unfriendly. This 40 euros you can't find on the Trip.com website. And when I asked why, they couldn't answer. Two days later we tried to speak to the manager, and he didn't have an answer either. We didn't get ANY receipt for the payment, and the card machine had the hotel's name on the side. We stayed at the Greet Hotel. The card machine shows IBIS. We were scammed. No answers, no receipts. It's absurd! It's even our right! To know what we're paying for in detail. These phantom 40 euros do not exist for Trip.com and I hope to get my money back at some point with the help of technical support.

The accommodation is very close to the Olympic Badminton Stadium, the service staff is friendly, the breakfast is very delicious, and the transportation is convenient. Frankly, nothing negative to say about this establishment. Impeccable cleanliness, smiling and helpful staff, small but sufficient and spotless rooms, impeccable bathroom, varied breakfast (quality bread, which is not common)
Hotel located 300m from the Adidas Arena.
Only good....even the price.

I'm satisfied with the hotel, quite modern renovation, the room is small, but everything you need is there (except for a hairdryer), I recommend it. What I didn’t really like was the area, but it’s 5 minutes from the metro, so it’s ok

I have stayed at this hotel several times.
The service is very good, the staff welcoming.
The rooms are a bit small but quite sufficient for a solo traveler. The best part is that they are well thought out, so they are very well equipped.
The bedding is very good.
I use the parking lot when I stay there, it's a real plus!
For the moment the location is suffering a little from the numerous works, but in a while this will no longer be a problem and with the metro just a stone's throw away, it is still easy to walk around Paris from the hotel.
