Terrible welcome on the evening of arrival at 2am. Despite the room already paid, you are asked for the tourist tax (that's normal) AND a 90 euro imprint on your bank card. I've never had that for a hotel, let alone a 2*. And I know what I'm talking about, my job being to organize show tours. The man at the reception the next morning made up for it with his kindness and by offering breakfast. On the other hand, the person at the reception that evening is one of those people who can ruin the quality of welcome at a hotel and make you not come back. The customer didn't yet have his room card and she was already insisting heavily that he leave at 11am. But who says/does that???
In short, mixed opinion on this hotel where I don't plan on booking a room anymore I think.
