The bed was cozy, the amenities were modern, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The service was equally impressive. Staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and all requests were handled promptly and professionally.

It was possibly a jewel 50 years ago, but nothing has been done to upgrade it since. Including the mildewed brown shower curtains. 😖 Sad.

The hotel is close to Gare de l’Est. It’s not far from all the main attraction areas. The check-in time is 3 pm and no one is allowed to check in early. When I came back at 3 pm, there was no one at the reception, and I had to wait for more than 30 mins. The first wifi code they gave me was wrong. The second one was correct, but it was very slow. The main entrance was locked after midnight. I had to ring the bell twice to wake the person who was supposed to be on night shift. The breakfast was cheap at least, just 12 euros.

Overall a reliable stay when in Paris. With a Metro Station, various restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance you've got everything you need close by. Staff were kind and room was cleaned daily. There aren't any no cleaning signs to hand on your door, so you will have to request that they dont clean your room at the front desk. Despite many reviews I had read before booking, our room was clean and had almost no faults at all, apart from the fact the toilet flushed a bit weird.
Overall a good stay if you're not looking to spend a fortune whilst visiting paris.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay in the Belta hotel with nice behavior from reception gentlemen and well clean room. It is located in walking distance from two metro stations and the gare d’est railway station.
