這家酒店絕對是我巴黎這麼多酒店住下來最滿意的一家之一，最主要的原因需要歸功於管家Guy！首先酒店位置不錯，處於鬧市區，周圍購物餐飲都很便捷，也很安全。房間內部也很漂亮，典型法式裝修+翻新過，面積也不小。酒店底層是spa、健身房、游泳池和桑拿，還有按摩浴缸，天氣不好在酒店休息也是不錯的。當然最值得表揚的還是管家，我從沒見過服務如此熱情周到，性格如此可愛的酒店管家，他絕對讓酒店的整體入住體驗直接上升了一個檔次。真希望酒店給他漲薪！

酒店裝修還是蠻好的，位置也可以，房間不大，但在巴黎，也過得去吧。但是，酒店的空調實在是一言難盡啊，第一天空調壞了，酒店派人來修，説修好了，結果半夜又不製冷了。第二天又派人來修，又説修好了，因為第三天就要退房，維修的工人反覆強調撐一晚上肯定沒問題，我們就繼續住下了，結果晚上才睡着，空調又不工作了，熱醒，30多度的天氣搞得兩晚上都沒睡好，第三天一早跟酒店投訴，對方説那我們今天再去修，我説我都要退房了，對方於是就説了一句對不起，沒有任何其他的話了。感覺骨子裡就是挺傲慢的，並不是要酒店賠償，但是酒店員工並沒有最起碼的真誠的歉意。
