The location is excellent, just 3-4 min walk to Metro St Augustine and 5-6 min walk to Gare St Lazare. Enjoy our stay with helpful and pleasant staff and close proximity to restaurants of various cuisines.
My deluxe room is not big enough to have a decent wardrobe though. The bath tub may be a little bit high for elderly. Handles should be inserted near the tub for safety purpose.
Breakfast is quite nice with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, bacon, ham and cheese.

Overall: Generally speaking, it's okay. The transportation is convenient and it's next to the subway station. Dining is convenient. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good, but the breakfast is quite simple, not even some vegetables.
Health: OK.
Service: Very average, very average.
Facilities: No evaluation will be made if public facilities are not used.

The hotel is in a very good location, within a 10-minute walk from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The front desk staff speaks very good English and has a positive attitude, so there is no need to worry about communication issues. Christmas is approaching and the lobby has a Christmas atmosphere.
