The Hotel / Appartments are fine and the Staff is friendly and competent..There is only a couple of minutes walk to a hub for public transport. But the nearby areas are terrible and dangerous after dark. The park next to the building is filled with gangs and homeless people.

I stayed here for a week for work purposes. Unfortunately, the internet was so unbelievably slow (1mbps - dial-up speed) that it was impossible to work here. I complained and received no response. I also requested a spare pillow on 3 separate occasions. I was repeatedly told by a rude staff member that it would be brought up to my room. It was not. The rooms were also very basic and location quite poor and dangerous at night. I will not be returning.

We had a great weekend at your hotel.
The welcome was excellent, the staff very pleasant and smiling.
Concerning the room there were quite a few midges, and I don't know if we looked carefully but we didn't find air conditioning because it was extremely hot in the room, so we opened the windows the first night and we It’s been bugged by mosquitoes! And the noise of cars, people screaming outside... Unpleasant... fortunately I brought my mini desk fan which helped us to sleep peacefully without the windows being open.

Subway just below noise and vibration I left the last night rather than staying I have an easy sleep Nice area but a little noisy Worn and stained carpet! I thought the room was made every day but mine obviously went through the bed hatch and open window as when I left Bathroom super small but functional shower hose leaking and stain on the walls Does the job for 1 night but I probably won't go back! The reception staff smiling and very nice but that's not all...

If you want to pay, in addition to your stay, 30€ for parking per day, hear your room shake every 2 to 5 minutes when the metro passes, and go out nearby to see how the ********* is going on in avenue Cariou, with your children...don't hesitate and book in this very average apart hotel in terms of services!! Don't listen to sales platforms that say the establishment has free parking: that's not true!! Also don't listen to the manager who will tell you that she is trying to find an arrangement for this parking issue (nearly €115 in 4 days) and who will not contact you or call you back in the last 2 days even though she was involved in it...it's a fool's errand! On the other hand, the reception staff (the poor ones) are adorable and try to do their best, in this situation, to help you. IN 3 WORDS: ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!

Good reception, clean and spacious room. Carpet and general condition of the room dilapidated for a three star. A breath of fresh air would not be a luxury.
