Receptionists are polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast are with good variety, staff are polite and helpful.

Staying at the Eiffel Art Hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated, blending comfort with artistic charm. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist. With its convenient location and excellent value for money, it's an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very good. Although the room is small, the front desk service is very good and the sanitation is clean. The biggest advantage is that the hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. There are enough bicycles nearby. It is easy to use.

The accommodation is a bit cramped, but the subway station is right outside the door, and you can see the Eiffel Tower if you walk around. There are many places to eat, and there is a small supermarket nearby, so the location is okay.

Would not repeat
Three key issues:
- Mattress and pillows are very worn out, so sleeping is not very comfortable
- The room is noisy, both due to the blvd traffic and noise and to low insulation from the hall, lift and other rooms
- Breakfast, which is not cheap, does not have fresh fruit (at all) and - if something basic runs out - they do not replenish it (it happened to me with white yoghurt)

Nice view and great location
Clean and comfortable room on the top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the water pressure was very low and the shower and toilet flush did not work properly and could not be fixed as it was a holiday and no technician was available.
