I don't understand how this hotel qualify as a 3 star hotel. Other than being located 5 mins walk to the nearest metro -Place de Clichy, the only facility in the hotel is a small breakfast dining area. The room while clean is basic with no frills. Having stayed here for 4 nights paying 200€++ per night, the poor customer service and experience in this hotel leaves a very bad experience. It’s not worth the money spent. a) Rude and curt reception Arriving unwell at 10pm on a rainy night after an evening flight, I am faced with inflexible reception guy who insisted that I make full payment upfront even though the hotel has my credit card details. The next evening, still unwell I asked the same reception guy if I could borrowed an umbrella from the hotel as it was raining. He just replied curtly, NO! 3 star hotel service attitude??? Which hotel who values customer comfort and experience would allow their staff to smoke right in front of the only access door to their hotel? It shows how much this hotel prioritizes on their guests. None! b) 'Free' breakfast buffet 'Free' but do everything yourself breakfast may seem like a free perk but it’s the lowest budget possible nevermind the quality, hygiene or convenience to guests. What I found not acceptable are: i) A large common bowl of yoghurt left open on the counter (topped up from a 5L tub yoghurt) - why not individual tubs of yoghurt. li) loose tea leaves in tin canisters that you have to scoop into tea bags (top up from big sack of tea) - why not individually packed tea bags li) oranges that you have to cut into halves using bread knife on a plate and grind on the electric grinder if you want orange juice. So far I have seen grown man managing only half a small glass after grinding 2-3 oranges. Isn't it easier to provide orange juice in cartons? iv) slice your own bread. A piece of serviette is provided for each loaf, and every guest who cuts the loaf of bread touches the same piece of serviette. I wonder if it's even changed between the different sessions. So yes, unless you're here for one night only and desperately need this location only. Look for a better one else where, you deserve better.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights on arrival the exterior looked unprepossessing however on passing inside we were met by a charming receptionist who swiftly booked us in and offered to take our bag up. Our room which faced the front of the hotel was cosy and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows provided .The shower room and toilet was spotless and the shower was extremely good with reasonably sized towels which were changed regularly. The breakfasts were very good with a wide choice of pastries meats cheese fruit juice etc, the breakfast room is small but a system of time slots operate so you are never crowded .The staff are first class friendly and helpful and do credit to the company and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite our initial doubts

My room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. My only complaint would be the absence of tea/coffee making equipment in the room. The breakfast buffet is fairly basic but perfectly fine (although why no English Breakfast Tea? It is quite popular you know) and enabled you to stock up on tasty calories before a heading out and exploring this great city. I stayed for three days and it was fun watching new guests struggling with the freshly-squeezed orange juice machine on days 2&3 after I had done so on the first! The staff were all very pleasant and I would happily stay here on future visits.

I was contemplating if i’d do a review on this.. but i think i should. We were staying at this hotel for a family 3p.. we rented 3rooms for like 4nights if im not mistaken.. unfortunately our room was ROBBED.. we went in gladly in the hotel after having a long day out exploring the city. Only to find out that our ipad is missing. Thought we just missed placed it ,thanks to the high tech world that we’re able to locate our ipad and it was in the police station already (like what??how?) . On our disbilief i discovered that i also lost my 2bags .. before making a scene, we ran sacked our room , flip everything that we might misplaced it even if we clearly know where we put it before we got out.. when we found out that it’s nowhere to be found, it was then we got down to the reception telling that our room was robbed.. and the receptionist told us that wen we get in, he already knew that it was us who got robbed. And told us the story about how they caught the thief, what they got like 2 bags and 1 ipad.. to cut the story short , the security of this hotel is below negative, i dnt know if it was a thing in Paris , it was our 1st time there, but we’ve been travelling so much and this hotel is the only one who ddn’t get our details(passports or something to know Like who’s staying on their hotel.. everyone can go in and out of this hotel.. fortunately the other clients who got robbed caught the thief in the act of robbing their room and asked for help. If not for them, we won’t recover anything that was lost.. we even lost one day of this 4day 3p just to go in the police station to get our things back without them atleast coming with Us to help us. Fortunately we have friends there who came with us because it’s hard to communicate in english in the police station and we also wait a long time just to get our things back.. still we lost 1 bag: and they told us that it’s all they’ve got..(sigh) .. it’s sad how they handle the situation as if nothing.. for 2days we’ve been waiting for updates but non. They won’t give you updates if you will not asked.. they nvr talked to us to make sure that everything’s ok or that won’t happen again.. out of frustration , we ddnt argue anymore.. i still want to see the cctv how it happened but we have limited time for it.. but when we checked out they reimbursed the 3nights we stayed there… it’s a pity coz if this doesnt happened.. i’d say probably a great place to stay and friendly staff.. it’s just that the security in this hotel is below negative so just be careful

great location near to metro station, a few steps from moulin rouge. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms, fortunately our room was quiet one (I dont know how about the others). Nice breakfast

Interesting to see Mitscaype's review because the exact same thing happened to me! Made a booking with my usual card, received confirmation and was then told the card was invalid. The card isn't invalid and I have used it since, I am a regular traveller. So I called the hotel and a very nice man said the card didn't work and now my boss tells me we are full. So no chance to 'correct' the 'problem', promised to call me back but never did. So I challenged this and placed another card on the booking. Then 7 hours later received a message from the card provider asking if I approved a payment to the hotel to which I answered YES. Immediately called the hotel and another nice man said sorry but we are full and your cards are not working. Please try again I requested, 'no point, we are full'. 'But what about my booking?' Anyway to cut a long story short, Paris prices were sky high, double what I had paid, so I understand why they didn't want to provide me with a room. But it's a bad game, played by people who do not care for their customers. For sure overbooking mistakes happen but don't blame the customer and their perfectly working card - we're not stupid. So I would be careful booking with these people as you may not have a booking when you really need it and they probably won't bother to tell you either.
