Perfect place for our stay. Room was lovely, a good size, very clean. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to help with parking. Good location with many metro stops nearby, lots of shops, cafes etc in the area and it was great price. Highly recommend.

A good value short stay in a clean hotel. I booked their parking but struggled to find the actual spot in the garage. Returned and got refunded. Plenty of spaces right outside the hotel on-street. Overnight parking is free (8pm-9am) so that was a bonus. No problems. Average breakfast. If you are a light sleeper avoid rooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor as the noise from reception starts early. A quick, functional stop, with no complaints!

The studio was spacious and had all the basics you need. The location is not super central but it's convenient and quiet, very close to a metro station. On arrival there was an issue with the card payment terminal and the receptionist was helpful The furniture is tired , but based on the price is to be expected, and you kind of see it in the pics already. The water pressure was weak and I hope they fix that. I think it's a good option for the price.

Everything was going well until on our last night we were surprised by a hotel employee entering our apartment without knocking on the door - luckily there was no one changing clothes or getting out of the shower, but that could have happened. It was very unpleasant and invasive. Furthermore, this surprise was to tell us that we should have already checked out of the hotel that morning - but our check out was scheduled in our reservation for the following morning. This caused us stress and we had to mobilize our tourism agents in Brazil. The next morning we discovered that an internal error registered our check in the day before we had actually arrived at the hotel. It was unpleasant but the employee who attended to us on the morning of May 12th was very friendly and helpful. In addition to this situation, the ApartHotel is very close to the metro, which makes mobility in Paris much easier. It is well equipped.

The apartment is located in an alley that ends in the Pere Lachaise Cemetery (hehe). As it has practically no vehicular or pedestrian traffic, it is extremely quiet. The apartment we had, on the first floor, was of good size for rentals of this type (about 4 meters by 3, more or less), with four windows facing the street. Large and comfortable bed, a table and a couple of chairs. A kitchenette with few kitchen utensils. Bathroom somewhat compact and too integrated into the room for my taste Reception 24/7. The apartment is one block from the Philippe Auguste metro station, and the main tourist spots are a 20/30 minute drive away. The neighborhood is not the prettiest, and it is somewhat remote, but it is very Parisian. There is breakfast that is paid separately, but I thought the 13 euros it cost was expensive in relation to what I saw it offered. Although between 12 and 9 p.m. or so the coffee from the reception machine is free, during breakfast hours it costs 2 euros, which is also somewhat expensive. In front of the subway station, one block away, there are also a couple of supermarkets. Very convenient price. I would return without a doubt.

The location, calm and simplicity of the place are appreciable. BUT. Because there is a BUT. If you book through the Accor website, you will be charged the tourist tax on site. In March, it was close to €15 per night for one person. Still... Many customers grimace. Receptionists must make a big educational effort. Not always easy. Accor needs to simplify all of this!

Small bathroom, inefficient heating, cleaning or change of towels only for a fee. Fridge present but with strong smell inside. Lack of maintenance of wardrobes or furnishings in general. The only positive note is near the Philippe Auguste metro stop.
