Great little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site. Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs. The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel. For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!) Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

In Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an "authentic local living" experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

New hotel, had high hopes but was disappointed. Advertised sauna which was non existent. 1st day and my TV did not work, they sent a man to repair and he just unlocked my door with his key and I was laying in the bed. 2nd day cleaner unlocked my door twice without knocking, that’s just unacceptable! Checkout was so slow, then got grilled about city tax I paid on the day I checked in. Was delayed and missed my train because of it. Just avoid, it’s quite far from most places and not worth the stress.

This is a relatively new hotel with a lively and free-spirited atmosphere. The only slight downside is that it's a bit of a distance from the city center.

In 30 Minuten kommt man überall hin.

I had a great stay in this newly opened hotel. The team is very attentive and the atmosphere is very nice, it feels like a resort in the city in a very quiet environment. Rooms are nice and zen. It has on top a coworking area and a nice bar. Great discovery. I'll come back.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The location is excellent - just a few minutes from the metro, which makes it easy to get around the city. The room we were given was beautiful, clean and situated in a quiet courtyard, so we could enjoy an undisturbed rest. The biggest plus of the hotel? Definitely the staff! Everyone was very nice, always smiling and willing to help, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts were excellent, full of delicious options. The only thing I missed was vegetables, but the wide selection of other amazing dishes easily made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and I hope I can come back here someday!

Superb establishment that just opened its doors in Paris! Very quiet (you can even hear the birds), the rooms are spacious, super well-equipped and the breakfast is to die for (if you are a fan of spreads, it is for you). I recommend this establishment!
