I do not recommend the hotel for several reasons: starting with the fact that I booked the room 2 months before the date, for a honeymoon, and in less than 24 hours I was relocated to an inferior room. I booked the room on September 18th, and in less than 24 hours to check in at the hotel, I received an email saying that I would need to be relocated to an inferior room, even though I had booked the “Best room in the hotel” 2 months ago. Seriously, is this how a hotel that considers itself a 4-star hotel schedules its guests? I think they need to learn a lot about commitment and respect, especially for guests who booked in advance for such a special occasion as a honeymoon. So if you are thinking of booking a room here, expect any room change, even if it is less than 24 hours before check-in. Other than that, I did not stay a single night in the room I had chosen. I bought an analog calendar or they should provide training for the people who make the reservations. An unpleasant and disappointing experience.
