There is no front desk, self check-in. The room rate is very expensive, not worth it. Don't book this hotel. It's really not worth it. I made a mistake and stayed there because I couldn't cancel. My family of four stayed for three nights, but the cleaning staff only came to clean for one day and didn't come to clean the next day. I don't recommend booking this hotel. It's better to book other five-star hotels with breakfast. Please believe me, don't choose this hotel.

Fast check-in, early check-in (for which many thanks), excellent location - you live practically in the courtyard of the Louvre, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, everything for every taste, and of course History!!! The apartments themselves are worthy of a five-star hotel rating!

There is no front desk support service, so be sure to confirm check-in details before going abroad! Because it was my first time and I didn't know much about the situation, I spent nearly two hours at the door of the accommodation, sending information back and forth on the phone and seeking help from passers-by. It was very troublesome... It is not recommended for individuals or people who don't speak the language to go there. It is very hard to get immediate support and affect all the travel time and energy. , cold, rainy, tired, nowhere to turn for help...
The room has no windows that can be opened to the outside (the exterior wall is being renovated and closed?) but the decoration is quite good.
Having front desk service is the most important thing on a trip!

The apartment was stunning. The decor was chic and looked like something right out of a design magazine. Everything from the coffee maker to the fixtures were very high end and and the place came equipped with everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. The location was excellent, walkable to everywhere.

Loved our Paris stay, a big part of it was having a lovely “home” to start and end the day. Responsive, efficient, helpful service during and post-departure. Leone and Marine even at times going beyond the official operating hours to help with questions. Apartment was always clean; we appreciated the daily housekeeping. Linens/ towels always fresh. Tasteful decor. Apartment is complete and functioning well for local living. Central location. Super convenient with places to eat, grocery, trains, landmarks. Beyond all the well-selected basics, there were enough hangers and when requested, they immediately sent over the next morning a great size clothes drying rack. Loved the nice touches of Aesop toiletries, Evian water, detergents, chic welcome snacks. There was nothing I could complain about because Highstay thoughtfully planned their accommodation. Dressing table w mirror, full length mirror, bidet, floor heater; they provided 2 adapters. This is such a sweet discovery that you want to keep a secret but it’s too good not to share. Hope there will still be availability next time we come. If I could have a wish list, a place to lay my change of clothes in the bathroom.

The apartment was amazing and beautiful and location was everything. My only complaint was I couldn’t stay longer. When I returned this will be my go to home

I am surprised nobody has written a review for Highstay. It was our first time booking a room that was not a hotel. I was a bit anxious about booking an AirBNB or VRBO when arriving from Canada when there is no lobby (i.e., the though of arrival glitches). I chose Highstay more so because they are a management company (I assume they actually own the apartments but not sure) and not some "a person" renting out a apartmenr or two. I could depened on a higher level of service and was not disappointed. They were great in immediately responding to our needs on day of arrival. I clearly liked the airport picked arranged by them. While they list on AirBNB and VBRO it is only to gain more eyeballs to their apartments. I would just book directly with highstay.com. We stayed at 2-bedroom on St Honore and it was a spectcular unit in the best location. Very clean. Great living/dining room to just relax in between enjoying the sights and tastes of Paris. Unbeatable value vs. hotels (I mean, you can't get 2 bedrooms without paying more than 2X the price). And having a washer/dryer is great benefit especially when travelling with kids.
