The stay was bad. We did our homework on reading the reviews on Trip.com and even other hotel booking platforms. but it was still a wrong choice.
Firstly, it was the room key card being disactivated everyday, and having to get it re-configured is so troublesome as the there is no 24-hr reception area and we had to use roaming charges to make a call to the number they provided at the reception area. Secondly, this building is a shared space with students on long stay. The neighborhood is also not the safest, we got stalked when walking back from the metro, it was so dangerous, not going to stay here again if we are coming back to Paris. Thirdly, there is a washer-dryer area to do your laundry, but there is no clear instruction, and you have to get your own detergent. Lastly, this is not a place for those who prefer safety and comfort over price in Paris, Just dont stay here.

How the hotel handled our reservation was so incorrect and outrageous. We booked two rooms 6 months before travel to make sure we have a decent place to stay for my mom's 80th birthday. We sorted out the problem that came up with our credit card and was in contact with the hotel all along to make sure our booking was OK . They were so not helpful and eventually cancelled our booking 2 weeks before travel even though we offered multiple times we were willing to pay in advance. We are frequent travellers but have never experienced such an unfriendly attitude in any country before. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We expected more from the french hospitality.

We visited Paris for the first time and completely enchanted us. We stayed in a beautiful accommodation, where about 400m was the metro, so we traveled beautifully by subway and visited the sights that could be reached in 2 days. Accommodation was smaller, but pleasant and clean. we will return to Paris.

This F***N hotel cancelled my booking 5 days before my arrival with the excuse that my card wasn't valid, and couldn't make the 288 euros transaction. Called my bank and noone tried to make any transaction although my card had 3000 euros inside and was totally valid and working..... so I had to find a hotel in Paris 5 days before I go....... Everyone know that Paris is extremely expensive especially last minute..... Book another hotel, it's safer

Located at the edge of the city with decent commute. Room was dirty and small. Air conditioning was little to none. Stayed 4 nights and they never changed the sheets or towels. Would not recommend and will not be returning

Many unresolved malfunctions (elevator broken for several months, impossible to obtain a duplicate key). The staff is rather friendly but does not take into account needs and comments. The quality of the services is not in line with the prices charged.

Be careful, run away! When we arrived for our stay, we were given a first pair of keys with a room that did not correspond at all with what I had reserved; a room without a balcony! So I asked to change rooms, I was given another key with the room corresponding to my expectations, but after checking; a "double bed" was displayed on the reservation when it was 2 single beds pushed together to make us believe that it was 1 double bed! I went back down to tell them, the gentleman told me that the cleaning lady had left and that we had to wait until the next day, when my stay was only planned for 2 days... so I told him that I did not agree and that I would like to have a room at the end of the 3rd pair of keys that corresponded to what I had paid for! He then gave me a 3rd room but in the end all the "double beds" were actually single beds pushed together, nuance! When we come back in the evening, the hall has a nauseating smell, we smell a lot of garbage.. Fortunately, the boss/manager was there so I could explain to her what had happened with the rooms, so she made a commercial gesture by offering us breakfast. Staff not competent enough! No sockets next to the beds! A very dusty fan... It smells really bad in the rooms!! In short, not much was going well, apart from the cleanliness..
