Through WhatsApp we contacted Sweet Inn, they told us that they had to send a person, a "room monitor" because the issue had to be resolved in person. To make a long story short, we were on the street from midnight until 02:45hrs. They recommended that we go to a cafe so as not to wait on the street, we walked to Champs-Elysees where it seemed safer. When they told us that the room monitor was in the apartment, we returned. When he saw us, he was surprised. He thought we were in the apartment because he saw that the apartment door was open. We explained to him that we were on the street, that we had not entered the apartment. We called the Police, three officers showed up and checked the property and we entered. The Officer explained to us that some old electronic locks open by themselves because they fail. The room monitor explained to us that we should have three access codes, we only had two, I don't have more space to write, but they forgot to give us the entrance code from the street to the building, the door is open during the day and only closes at night.
