Hotel CIS Paris Maurice Ravel

We stayed at this hotel for several days and were delighted with the services provided. Indeed, whether for the optimized room with everything you need in it (TV, storage, desk, balcony, hairdryer, shower, WC), the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) or the staff, the place is very well located (5 minutes from Porte de Vincennes - metro and tramway) and is therefore very practical. The only downsides: there is a bit of a walk between the reception and the rooms but I must also admit that the elevator for access to even floors is too small.

Swimming facility with Olympic swimming pool connected to the Hotel. Public transport (bus, metro) 8/12 minutes away on foot.

The hotel to spend between 1-4 days is good, the room is well equipped and clean although the shower is very narrow. The breakfast is good, but not very varied, they served the same thing during my 3 breakfasts at the hotel and the hours were very limited from 7 to 9, so we couldn't rest much. Friendly staff. The location seemed good to me, it is not close to the center but it is very well connected, you are not in the center at all. You have 3 metro lines within a 5-minute walk. The hotel reminded me of an institute as it has many conference rooms but it is cozy. The neighborhood is not dangerous, recommended

En famille à 5, cet hôtel permet de maîtriser son budget avec un accueil et un personnel sympa. Le confort est raisonnable, rien de superflu mais tout est propre, il y a une Tele ds la chambre et une Wifi correcte. Les petits déjeuners très copieux sont inclus dans le prix des chambres. Atout supplémentaire : un self qui permet de manger midi et soir à des prix raisonnables : 15€ le menu complet. Entrée plat dessert boisson et 11€ entrée plat ou menu enfant. Si j’ai bien compris cette structure est une émanation de la ligue de l’enseignement et de nombreux stages s’y déroulent. C’est donc un hotel spécifique mais agréable en famille ou en couple. Ce n’est pas un hôtel romantique mais efficace pour une escapade touristique à Paris. On est à 900m du métro. Bel Air lignes 8 et 1.

Nous avons apprécié la taille de chambres de 2, la qualité de l'accueil. La taille des douches et le petit déjeuner. Marouane à la réception est une perle de gentillesse. Même les femmes de ménage sont supers sympas. Seul bémol, la station de métro Bel Air est à 1 kilomètres. Certes, il y a le Tram T3A et le bus à côté mais globalement c'est quand même assez loin de tout. Les restos du quartier ne sont pas terribles. L'hôtel est propre. Il y a un self peu cher, mais la nourriture n'est pas fabuleuse.

Hotel bien situé, chambre spartiate, sans sèche cheveux. Personnel de l'accueil c'est catastrophique, aucun sens de la relation client, j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un sèche cheveux, "non c'est pas possible et on peut rien faire ", rien à faire des clients, hôtesse pas aimable, alors que nous demandons poliment le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Le dernier jour on a trouvé un sèche cheveux en libre service dans la salle de bain commune à côté de notre chambre, le personnel n'a pas jugé utile de nous le dire. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme, je pense que j'ai eu la plus bruyante, face à l'ascenseur, pas facile de dormir avant 1h00 du matin, entre les discussions, les courses dans le couloirs... Point positif, personnel de restaurant adorable, lui est très pro, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
