I booked and fully paid for my hotel stay through Booking for three nights. A few days before my arrival, I decided to add one more night. For some reason, the payment for the extra night didn’t go through, and the hotel automatically canceled my entire reservation, including the nights I had already paid for. They sent me an email about this cancellation only two days before my check-in, which I didn’t see in time. When I arrived, I found out that my booking was gone, and my money was not refunded. I contacted Booking support, but they said the hotel refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable! I never canceled the booking myself—it was removed due to a payment issue with the extra night, yet the hotel kept the full amount. Extremely disappointing experience. Be careful when booking here!

We booked 2 nights in room 102. This is a budget hotel and although I was dissapointed with our room on arrival, the hotel had some good bits, so I shall list both. The bed was comfy and sheets / pillows clean. Sleep quality was very good and noise minimal. Fridge in room 2 generous heaters that make the room cosy if required Access to metro great and there are good restaurants and grocery stores very close. Neighbourhood safe and well lit. The bad bits ... No hair dryer No tea/coffee making equipment The towels were hard, old and grubby Bad mould in bathroom, mostly around windows The bath hot tap constantly tickled with water Main lights didn't work, only bedside lamps so very poor lighting General dirt / grubby feel, needs a deep clean Although a small token soap and shampoo sachet was left, it wasn't adequate Would I stay here again? No but I think if you're on a tight budget, lower your expectations and this place should be okay.

This is one of the best place to stay with your families as well as friend in Paris.The prices are also very affordable and staff is also very supportive and helpful.The entire environment of this place is also very quiet and peaceful.

Truly a great hotel a few kilometers outside the center of Paris. Excellent location near the M 6 and M 7 metro at place d'Italie. Rooms a little dated but equipped with all comforts. Excellent Wi-Fi. Bathroom set included. Central heating but works very well. The staff at the reception were super friendly. To enjoy Paris for a few days this hotel is certainly a good solution at a low price.

We arrived and were dispatched running! Unsanitary hotel and bedbugs everywhere in the rooms, the staff is unpleasant and obviously not reimbursed for our weekend. The gentleman kindly told us that he would not do anything that it was not bedbugs and that it was almost clean even though everything was there in the sheets, the floors were loose, the furniture was dirty, the bathroom was filthy . To flee!!!! Don't set foot there we will sue the hotel and have it inspected it's a shame, we're not done with them!

Hôtel Glauque,il faut rénové, Hôtel très bruyant et donc très mal isolé,la literie pas terrible , hygiène a revoir et pour finir... Piqûre de punaise de lit sur tous le corps !!!!!! À fuir vaux mieux payer 20 e de plus pour avoir une meilleure prestation
