We enjoyed our stay with them. Great value with good quality and location. I would suggest providing card payment for laundry room fee since we did needed to try to find coins specifically for that.

The location is good, close to several public transportation stops. The Accor Arena is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The amenities are good; apart from groceries and spices, everything you need for cooking is provided, and even coffee and water are provided. For showering, there is only shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner.
Unfortunately, hygiene was subpar, and the shower smelled musty due to mold. At €120 a night, which I booked three months in advance, the hotel was quite cheap by Parisian standards, and since I was only staying for two nights, I accepted it.
