Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Pro: very near Charles de guile - etoile station. Convenient to go most places. Hotel is safe as you need the room card to enter the hotel and room card to take the lift. Water pressure for shower is good. Cons: room is slightly small. Hallway is slightly small too.

Hotel’s hardware is good and new, while the service is mediocre where their air conditioning system is switching itself off every 15mins which made me unable to sleep at all and forced to swap room at 5am. While their hotline is not working at all during the first night where i had to go to the lobby myself at 5 am. The rest of the stay is fine while they apologized for the air con mishap. The street outside the hotel is under construction currently and is very dark at night, might made people feel a bit dodgy at night while i can see people smoking **** at the park nearby per photo. This is kind of expected given the convenient location of the hotel.

I booked the room with the view and the view i got! Loved it and enjoyed it a lot. Room has everything you need. As for the location i think its good if you are on business trip, metro just 5min walking distance, however if you are traveling for the first time i think not the best location, because most of the touristy loc are not in this area. Very convenient location, it is literally at the center of Paris. Subway station is just 1min walking distance and there are multiple lines including the one to the airport. We sent a parcel to the hotel few days before check-in and the hotel helped us receive it properly. Nice room, and modern renovation. Free coffee in the lobby. I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good, thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

Paris is a blend of so many things. Old and new. Classic and contemporary. Much like our new hotel near the Panthéon and Sorbonne University. In the midst of the Latin Quarter, our luxury apartments marry historic features with elegant design. As does a dramatic open atrium, serene courtyard and dedicated yoga studio. Bring the family or retreat solo. This is a dog friendly property. Please contact property prior arrival. Additional fees apply.

Stayed here for a week and I give it a 7 out of ten overall. Pros: - Very nice location. I'll choose to stay at this neighborhood again next time I visit Paris. - The hotel is very photogenic and clean. - Nice gym and there is a laundry room. Cons: - We paid 30€ for an early check in however there's no information on the website telling how early the check in is. We only found out on arrival at the front desk and the early check in is 2 pm. So basically you check in 2 hours early only. - The hotel only provides house keeping once in 7 days. - The communication is via WhatsApp or going to the front desk only since there's no phone in the room. Sometimes it takes very long to respond if you use WhatsApp and the front desk is busy most of the time.

Perfect for those who enjoy spending time inside the hotel, this place offers a rare treat—a large, forest-like garden that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s conveniently located near the Eurostar train station, yet away from the more tourist-heavy areas along the Seine, offering a more relaxed vibe. A unique perk is the free yoga classes offered on-site. As a bonus, there’s a Japanese cooking kitchen and restaurant just across the street

I meant to leave a good review, even though not everything was perfect. Our check-in was later than expected because our room wasn't ready. My booking confirmation email stated that check-in was at 14:00, but at reception, they said 15:00. This wasn’t ideal, as we had planned our whole day based on the email I received, which spoiled our first impression. The receptionist (I believe his name was Marcel) was polite and tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. When we checked out and paid the city tax, we received the invoice. I only read it on the train back home and was shocked to see that we had been marked as citizens of the russian federation in their system, despite being from Ukraine and having no connection to that country at all. I understand that, for some people, Eastern Europe might seem all the same, but given the current situation and the ongoing war, we found this deeply offensive and disrespectful. That being said, I must admit that the breakfast was really good, our room was quiet, and overall, the experience was positive. However, such carelessness is unacceptable.

YYan小ViRoom Okay, Service Needs Improvement. The location is good, and the room itself is decent. The bedroom is a bit small, but the bathroom is quite spacious, so the overall size might be larger than many other rooms in Paris. However, the water pressure was inconsistent, with the hot and cold water switching unpredictably, which was frustrating. The service was a mixed bag. When we checked in around 10 PM, the night staff was excellent—polite, thoughtful, and accommodating despite the hotel being fully booked the next day. However, the daytime receptionist was quite the opposite. I asked about the room reservation policy, and her attitude came across as impatient and dismissive, almost like I was bothering her. While I understand cultural differences and that communication in English can sometimes feel blunt, her demeanor was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It got worse when they informed me a room was available but at a higher price. Instead of politely explaining, the receptionist called out to me loudly (I was sitting near the lift) in a tone that felt curt and cold. At this point, I decided it wasn’t worth it. I switched to another hotel nearby with the same room rate. The difference was night and day: better location, nicer room, and impeccable service. Even though I had to pay a hefty penalty to cancel my remaining reservations at this hotel, it was worth it to avoid such poor service. When I went back to collect my luggage after switching hotels, they didn’t even acknowledge me or attempt any communication. Despite this, I still said “thank you,” but they completely ignored me. At this point, I was relieved I had made the decision to move. For the price they charge, the service and experience here simply don’t measure up. I wouldn’t recommend it.

GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

GGuest UserChoosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. As soon as the sun shines on the bed, I don't know what to think.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel was very good, just around the corner from a metro station, within easy walking distance from the Opera and transport from the airport, and good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket very close by. We had booked a Classic room which was on the top floor and along one side of the room, there were the eaves which made it very difficult to get around the bed, you could easily bang your head if you forgot to duck down and we did. There was only one small wardrobe and we struggled for space a little, the same in the bathroom with not enough shelf space for toiletries etc. The design of the units could have been planned better. We had booked a breakfast package in the deal, but when we arrived, they told us that only breakfast for one person had been booked as there was only one name on the booking. It does clearly say that breakfast for 2 persons each day was included and that was written on the printout that I showed them and on the booking confirmation online but I took their word for it and we had to pay again. I should have checked again more properly myself on the paper. So now we have the hassle of trying to claim this back from the hotel. We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and spa facilities, which were very welcoming after lots of walking about in the day and located in the basement with a small gym room and the breakfast area which was well stocked with a good choice of foods. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and you felt at ease but I felt that the price was a little too high for the standard of the hotel and room that we had.

AAurora1394The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, and the subway station is 5 minutes away. There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and exchange shops downstairs. The Haussmann-style building, the lobby restaurant environment is very tasteful, and the old-fashioned elevator is small and dreamy. The staff is very friendly, and they heard that we were on an anniversary trip and gave us champagne. Every day when we came back from going out, they greeted us warmly. The evening service gave us chocolates and candies, and the cleaning was also very clean, which is a five-star standard. Very satisfied, hope to have the opportunity to come again.

NNumeeleeThe front desk staff are polite and friendly. I'm so impressed by how the room styles and love how it was spotless. I really appreciate how the maid cleans the room. The amenities are great. They provide us with very good toiletries, slippers, and a coffee maker. I love how they have a minibar too. The hotel is located in a great location that is close to many landmarks, like the Eiffel Tower, the Rodin Museum, Hôtel des Invalides etc. I'm surprised at how quiet and peaceful the hotel at night was. For the views, we stayed in the classic Baronne Double Room with the Eiffel Tower sides. Our room was on the second floor; there were some parts of the Eiffel Tower that were obscured by the trees. We stayed there at the end of October. In the morning, the Eiffel was covered by fog, but we still enjoyed the Eiffel light at night. To be honest, there were plenty of Eiffel Tower spots in Paris that were better than the hotel, but I don't regret staying here.

MMaribelThe location was excellent, very close to Eiffel tower. They also keep your luggage if you come early before your check in and after you check out which is really good for traveller. Room was a bit small, but can accomodate couple like us, and for those who does not stay much in the room. There are opportunities to improve on cleanliness, like stain on the wall near the bedside table, we had tea and coffee but no proper cup and kettle to boil water, was calling customer service at night to request for it but no answer so had to leave it for the next day. We had no shampoo in the room, no handwashing soap, and had to use bathroom tissue because we only had 4 pcs tissue left in the box. Hair dryer was not working properly. I always look and stay as much as possible, in Mercure hotel everytime we travel as I had good experience before, this time is a bit different but I know they can improve it for future.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter. The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.
