Hotels near Gare De Sevres-Rive-Gauche, Paris

Cant imagine to live in a place with such package in paris. Complete set of utensils and big room under a low price range.

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in February. From the moment we arrived the service we received was excellent. Norbu on reception was especially helpful even providing us with a tray of glasses, plates, cutlery & serviettes when we ordered takeaway in. The rooms were basic but very clean & breakfast was fresh & plentiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the affluent area, safer, about 700 meters from the nearest train station; saint claud station; free parking in the underground parking lot No air conditioning, put a cold air fan, but there is no exhaust air, you have to pull the window yourself.

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

Most of the staff don't speak English, but they treat their guests kindly. Even if I didn't speak well, I helped me hard to solve my problem. There is a microwave on the 0th floor, so you can buy a simple meal and solve the meal yourself, and there was a bakery and a Chinese restaurant right opposite. Within 5 minutes walk, there are shops, fruit shops, supermarkets, pharmacies that can buy Navigo traffic cards! The accommodation and elevator are narrow but the price is cheaper than other hotels, so it's okay if you stay short!

This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

The apartment had a dirty mock, the pad was sticky, the pad was not completely empty, a lot of dust on the furniture (table feet, and chairs, TV), there was a missing pad, badly soundless apartment: The apartment was located in the garden floor, under the foot floor. A wheelchair could have been installed for more safety at this level. The aspirator was full, with moisi the residence is still quite newly accurate reception without any more a grilled ampoule that was changed in the day: Thanks to the maintenance agent

The room is really small, it has a fight with the hotel in Hong Kong, but it is very clean, but the sound is not very good, a few Indians next door, three speeches are loud. It’s convenient nearby

The service is very good and clean, but the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear clearly when you open and close the door upstairs. The room is relatively small, but the overall service is very good, especially the service, which is more intimate.
