Hotel Lutetia Paris

Paris|2.59km from Espace culturel Jean Cardot
We had the complete pleasure of staying at this mind boggingly AMAZING hotel over spring break this year, four nights in total. We are a family of four (17 yr old son 14 yr old daughter), and all of us were completely blown away by the level of attention, committment to excellence, beauty of the facilities and location of this incredible place. It truly is the finest hotel we've ever stayed at, with good reason. From the moment we were met at the airport (transport arranged by the hotel) in a comfortable van equipped with every phone charger you could imagine, water bottles and towels for our faces and hands, to the minute we reluctantly checked out and said our good byes, our family felt known, cared for, and completely, 100% spoiled in a ways we could not have dreamed. Everyone from the concierges and guest services team (shout out to the enthusiastic and emminently cheerful Claire!) to the housekeeping and food people who dropped treats and little touches to make us so excited to come back to the room each day...to the waiters at the Brasserie and Bar Josephine (the best cosmo I've ever had, two nights in a row and fantastic live music) we are already dreaming of returning. Many hotels are having a difficult time finding enough staff, let alone people committed to going above and beyond providing excellent service...this hotel somehow has a lock on great individuals in every department. Other highlights: bathrooms cut out of solid marble. I took five minutes one morning trying imagine what it took to fabricate the sinks and bathtub out of solid stone and then get them into all the rooms. Mind blown. Fantastic water pressure from both the shower and bath. Sheets and pillows and beds that allowed all of us to sleep soundly every night. Both children said it was the best night's sleep they'd ever had away from home. Top of the line electronics and room organization...everything is automatic with lights (we didn't touch a switch in four days, I came home and told my husband what a ”drag” it was to have to actually turn my lights on. lol), and air conditioning/heat/curtains are all controlled from handy control wall panels in each room. Small touches in the closets of things you might have forgotten, lots of drawers and space to unpack and stay organized. The pool and spa is breathtaking, make sure to leave time to enjoy it! It truly is a five star hotel in every element imaginable. I cannot recommend Hotel Lutetia any higher. You will not regret it.

I assume that the hotel was chosen for family needs, when it was the only hotel with two steps from the family home and other solutions were impossible since Paris was blocked for yellow jackets. We asked for two rooms on the same floor, and we had a cold welcome at the arrival, and two rooms on different floors. They change our room after exposing it is shown what they promised us in the booking . We arrive in the room, the rooms have a stupid moquette, and usually it is to be reported (especially for those who suffer from acar etc),the “marital” bed is suitable for a person is less than one and a half square. Moreover they do not offer a extra culle service is so we have sleeped very badly since we had our son in our midst sleeping! The greatest problem comes, after an hour of arrival in the boys' room, the light is disappearing: the current doesn't work! they don't change our room, they don't refund us,but they leave us without light? ! ? ? ? ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! They also suffer the disturbing noise of the flag out of the hang that was badly attacked, because of the wind, it continued to hit strongly. We go down to breakfast in the morning (10 € per head for a pious breakfast and without a minimum of service) we tell the manager the problem and with distress says he can't do anything, inspected has made the gesture not to pay our children the breakfast shit!!! The way and attitude of the Lord are reproachable ,may seen anything of this!!! I don't recommend at least staying here!!! You are a shame for those who work in the hotel industry .

Participating in the French Financial Payment Exhibition, which is relatively close to the exhibition hall. The price is also relatively affordable. The exhibition will be our reference hotel every year in the future. Hope the price is more favorable.

This is a homestay on the first floor, it is very humid inside, and the room is very shabby and the sanitary conditions are very poor. The toiletries in the room are not good and the towels are very poor. The bed is full of hair and not cleaned at all

The hotel is located in a relatively wealthy area in Paris. It feels safe and clean. The water pressure in the shower is good enough. The service attitude is very friendly. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. It is convenient.

The apartment rented by a family studying in France is close to the hotel. The room is very small. The bathroom is not isolated from the bedroom. If two people live, they will get up in the middle of the night and the other will be affected. There is no water heater, but the capsule coffee machine is good. The room No. 11 has a separate small balcony, which is very comfortable. I originally planned to come back from South France to book this place, but I felt uncomfortable after staying for one night. I decided to cancel the original order and change the hotel.
