The service is good and the room facilities are pretty good. There are complimentary wine and snacks. Emma, a Chinese staff member in charge of the Asian region, is very nice, very warm and attentive. The breakfast is average. The garden of the hotel's French food can see the Eiffel Tower. The garden is very beautiful.

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

Nice hotel with lots of bling bling, hence Le Diamond. We received an 'upgrade' but cannot indicate or compare what our reserved room should actually have looked like. The carpet in the room was lumpy and rather rancidly stained. The bedspread on the bed also had strange stains… When you showered, the bathroom was soaking wet because the shower head was broken. Bed sleeps wonderfully!

I went to Paris with my daughter for a weekend. When I checked in at the hotel at 2:30 pm, they said the room had not been cleaned yet. But then they asked us if we needed one bed or two single beds. I said it didn't matter, so we checked in immediately. The environment was quiet and the waiter was very nice. But the breakfast was a little limited. Overall, I still recommend you to try it.

The room is relatively large and the location is very ideal. It is only a 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, so you can basically go shopping and come back late at night. The coffee for breakfast is especially delicious, cappuccino.
